Triggers are a feature on Zaber X-series devices that run a user-specified action when a user-specified condition becomes true. Triggers run on the device itself, and a computer is not required to run triggers, only to set them up. The Triggers application provides an interface for setting up triggers on Zaber integrated devices or controllers. Triggers are great for adding flexibility to processes, reducing communication delays for time-sensitive applications, and making it easier to coordinate timing and positioning of devices with other components within a system.
